PARTYSTARTERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

* A non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
* Full payment is due the day before the event.
* Rescheduling is subject to availability.
* Clients are responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen equipment.
* Equipment may not be moved or tampered with.
* Adult supervision is required where applicable.
* A safe, reliable power supply and sturdy table must be provided.
* Partystarters is not liable for power failures or load shedding.
* Opened extra syrup will be charged in full.
* Equipment is delivered and collected—no customer collections.
* Delivery fees are quoted according to location.
* Outdoor equipment must be protected from bad weather.
* Delivery and collection times are pre-arranged.
* Opened consumables and extras will be charged.
* Clients are liable for damage or excessive cleaning.
* Children must be supervised and safety rules followed.
* Partystarters is not liable for misuse, injury, loss or circumstances beyond our control.
* Setup photos may be used for marketing unless requested otherwise.
* Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
